Involving Families in the Political Process

Hi, I'm new to the Families for Obama group, but thought I'd post a suggestion - we've got a grassroots office in our town, and are always running out of yard signs. So we decided to suggest that people grab a pumpkin, carve "OBAMA" or "YES, WE CAN" in it, and light up the night with support for their favorite candidate. Seems like a great family activity - what do you think?
