- What inspires you about Barack Obama?
- The way he lays out his plans for the United States in "The Audacity Of Hope" and through his speeches is something i whole heartedly believe in. I grew up in the Midwest and saw how things were for families living paycheck to paycheck and the way things have stayed the same or gotten worse through the Bush administration with tax cuts for only the top percentage of Americans. That's something that shouldn't happen. Why are the rich getting richer while the poor are getting poorer? Shouldn't the rich people in America be paying a bit more in taxes to relieve some of the stress on the not so rich Americans? These are all questions and issues that Barack Obama has laid out plans to fight for in his campaign and in the Senate. I couldn't agree more with these ideas and principals and that in a nutshell is why i support Senator Obama in his campaign for the White House in 2008.
